If you’re not completely satisfied, or simply change your mind, you can return your ready-made purchases within 30 days, as long as it’s unworn and undamaged. Please provide proof of purchase and, if possible, the original packaging. We will refund your return, less shipping charges, to the same method as your original payment.

All sales of custom orders are final.

Classes and studio sessions may be canceled up to 1 week prior to the event for a full refund. Cancelations within 1 week of the event, but prior to 48 hours of the event, will be refunded at 50%, or may be rescheduled once without penalty. Cancelations made within 48 hours of the event or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Classes are held in Dana’s well ventilated studio, and social distancing must be observed. Masks and/or respirators are to be worn at all times, no exceptions.
